bio:
Ken Greenleaf has been
working professionally in art for nearly forty years, much of it in New
York City. His work has been shown in over twenty solo exhibitions in New
York, Maine and around the country. He has been the subject of articles in
the New York Times magazine, ArtNews and Arts, and his shows have been
reviewed in the Times, Artforum, ArtNews, Newsday, and other publications.
His work is in collections of the Whitney, the Farnsworth, the Ulrich
Museum and other museums.
He has also collected a variety of day jobs, including harpsichord making,
boatbuilding, commercial fishing and writing about art. He has
occasionally lectured on and taught art.
